I run the gardening project at the Deben Community Farm in Suffolk and am passionate about composting, upcycling and teaching people in the community how to grow their own food. I lead the volunteer gardening group and am a trained Master Composter. I am currently looking into mushroom growing using used coffee grounds and am always on the lookout for new ideas to develop our growing space, particularly vertical planting.
