As well as being a permaculture educator, I am a MIND peer support worker. I use my lived experience of poor mental health to help support others. I lived off grid for 5 years, working with trees and being immersed in nature. I use this experience to work with communities to design and implement community gardens. I facilitate the Harmony Garden teaching personal resilience and permaculture, and promote how to use permaculture to support mental health. I am also an Earth Protector, having signed up to the Ecoside campaign.
