Hi, I'm Bethan. I've been involved in the community growing scene for around five years now, and help to run a community garden in Cardiff, Wales. As well as being a passionate grower using agroecological & permaculture techniques, I'm also an avid forager. In my other roles I work for the Open Food Network UK, a co-op software platform supporting small sustainable food growers and food hubs to sell online and relocalise our food networks.
